But i think need thiner veins do less thiner and will be awesome!
You can even make different colors. Or more contrasting hues color whould you like.
Possible elements horror (like a u'r style). May be more lighthing (glow) and striping (light / skin). Overlap / overlay.
May be reflection light on coverlet and fingers (hands and any).
Some (few) blur, and specific colors. I think you can do this. If you will add blood, that be rly nice (but mb many xD)
And check how to construct veins, mb more branches (embranchment/rame).
